British Roswell - Real or Hoax?
Posted on: August 2nd

Hello again, dear reader! Welcome to our first little case study.

Imagine this. It's 1957. A piece of metal with hieroglyphs was discovered by Frank Hutton, Charles Thomas and Fred Taylor (a tailor, L.O.L.) in Silpho Moor near Scarborough, North Yorkshire. This metal object, only 16 inches long, was dubbed "Britain's answer to Roswell".

While this generated mass amounts of hype at the time, it was considered a hoax by many. A conclusion no one dared to contradict. After all, the story was unshakeable, surely? Case closed.

Wrong! >:-(

What happened to Hutton, Thomas and Taylor? There are no records of what happened to them after this "hoax". No later mentions in news archives, follow-up interviews, or any personal details that extend beyond their roles in the 1957 event. Without further documentation, like obituaries, public records, or personal testimonies, it remains unclear how their lives progressed. Could it be they were "dealt with" by a government with every intention of silencing the truth?

Or, were these manufactured pseudonyms to keep people in the dark?

It may seem silly, but bear with me dear reader. By making up something which would be considered an obvious hoax by the masses, it makes the idea of REAL discoveries less believable! I do think on some level, the government knows more than we do. But I guess we'll see what the future brings! Hit me up on my gmail if you have any more info! ;-)

Keep watching the skies.
- Ian :-)
